Dennis J. Phillips has been a partner with McPhillips, Fitzgerald & Cullum L.L.P. for over thirty years. He is a highly regarded attorney in the fields of Environmental Law, Zoning and Land Use, Business and Corporate Law, Administrative Law including Article 78 litigation and related appeals, Real Property, Real Estate subdivision and development, Real Estate litigation, Tax Assessment litigation, and Trusts and Estate Planning. He has litigated numerous high value real property tax matters and environmental/real property disputes, both private and administrative. He also handles all Appellate matters in his fields of practice.
He received a B.A. degree in History from St. Lawrence University, a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law and an L.L.M. degree from New York University School of Law. He has served on many civic boards and is currently a Trustee of the Empire State Forestry Foundation, Inc. and the Charles R. Wood Foundation.
