
Cheyenne Lufkin Havens is an associate at McPhillips, Fitzgerald & Cullum, LLP. Her practice is focused primarily on estate planning and administration. Cheyenne also assists clients with guardianships for elders and disabled individuals.
Before joining the firm as an associate, Cheyenne graduated summa cum laude from Albany Law School in 2024 with her Juris Doctor degree. While at Albany Law, Cheyenne worked as a student attorney with the Community Economic Development Clinic and served as Associate Editor of the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology, while working for our firm part time as a legal assistant. Prior to law school, Cheyenne graduated magna cum laude from Siena College in 2021, with a B.A. in Political Science and a certificate in Pre-Law Studies.
